Ching Ming Festival

Ching Ming Festival, Spring Festival, Dragon Boat Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival are also known as the four traditional festivals in China. And it is also known as Tomb-sweeping Day and the ancestral festival, which is generally around April 5 of the Gregorian calendar.

There is a wide variety events on Tomb-sweeping Day. It is not only a solemn festival for sweeping the tombs, but also a joyful festival where people are close to nature, play and enjoy spring.

Here is a way to easily make Qingtuan(Festive dessert) at home~

Ingredients:

1. spinach

2. red bean paste

3. glutinous rice flour

4. pure powder

5. sugar

6. flour

7. oil

Process:

1. Prepare all ingredients.

2. Blanch spinach and set aside, put it into juicer, add a small cup of hot water,make spinach juice.

3. Add and mix the glutinous rice flour, flour, oil and sugar, then form the dough.

4. Divide the dough into 5 portions, press flat, and add red bean paste.

5. Slowly push it up to close its openside.

6. All done, put oil paper underneath, put it in the steamer.

7. Steam for about 8 minutes.

8. Finished.
